LFTA Organizes ATPL Classroom Course

Despite the challenges faced with COVID 19, we are pleased to announce that for the first time in Luxembourg, LFTA is organizing an ATPL theory classroom course in line with the current precautionary measures.
The course is planned to start end of September, and candidates would be ready to take their DAC Exams in April 2021.
This marks the final step in offering professional pilot training at the highest level in Luxembourg. Developments in the last few years have led us to “professionalize” the instructor group, now putting us into a position where we are an ATO with probably the most airline experience flowing into the training. For this course, substantial parts of the flying will be with active and retired airline pilots, allowing students not only to get their license, but to be prepared for the real world environment they will face in a challenging market after course completion.
PPL is a prerequisite, but if any candidates are interested who do not hold a PPL yet, we can offer accelerated PPL training during our announced PPL boot camp in August and finish the PPL part before the ATPL course start date.
The course structure is as follows:
ATPL Theory, in parallel candidates build PIC time necessary to start the IR module
IR flight training
CPL/MEP Training

We will provide you with further details and answer any questions you might have.
Stay safe and happy flying!
