LFTA has obtained approval of training for the EASA compliant Competency Based Instrument Rating (CBIR) and the Enroute Instrument Rating (EIR). The amended European Aircrew Regulation (EC Regulation 1178/2011) has introduced these alternative routes to obtaining an instrument rating which is more accessible to private pilots. Registration for these courses can be made from now on.
